Thank you Madeleine for a great photography workshop on Tuesday. Everyone took to our lovely new cameras like ducks to water and in a very short time the manual functions were as familiar as the backs of hands. So how come after Madeleine's expert tuition I still cut people in half, make them fuzzy or just plain miss them?

I can't wait 'til tomorrow morning when Madeleine will guide us round some of the best portrait photos ever taken. I want to find out the secret behind a good pic. Dwaune has been practising like made as he was the official photographer recording a play we had in school today (a real hoot called 'Go! Go! Go! about saving the planet I think).

For anyone I didn't get through to buses 26 to Waterloo then walk along the Strand, or 55 to Centrepoint and walk down Charing Cross Road. Either one will be a feast of photo opportunities so DON'T FORGET THE CAMERAS!

Happy clicking.

PS. I'm so impressed with Dunni and Lola's entries.

"I think what i have learnt the most about this project is.......wait for it....is SELF BELIEF. If an artist or anyone, writes, sings, dances or sculpts etc and believes they have done a good job, well thats all that matters....i have doubted myself in the past, lacked believing in myself and what i can achieve....”

"We have decided to take Ryan and Naombh somewhere at least once a month and have figured that with our children its best sometimes just to get on a bus or tube and just see what's going on ,sort of exposing them to the arts accidentally there is so much to see and do"
